THroyal Terms & Conditions
Your purchase and use of our products and services (collectively referred to as "Products" throughout these Terms and Conditions of Sale) are subject to the following terms and conditions, in addition to our Terms of Use:

Product Descriptions:
We strive for accuracy in our product descriptions and pricing. However, we cannot guarantee that all product details, including descriptions and prices, are completely accurate, current, or free from errors. Mattress dimensions may vary by approximately +/- 1 to 1.5 inches, which is standard in the industry. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect details due to typographical or other errors, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders related to those products. This applies even if your order has been confirmed or your payment has already been processed. If your credit or debit card has been charged and the order is canceled, we will promptly issue a refund for the full amount. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Product Pricing:
We are committed to offering competitive pricing. Any strike-through or reference price shown reflects the product's Suggested Retail Price Comparison (SRPC). This price may or may not have been offered by us or other retailers at that level previously and may not be offered at that price in the future. Therefore, the strike-through price may not represent the current market value, regular retail price, or previous price of the product. Additionally, products could be sold by us or other retailers at similar or lower prices during upcoming promotions starting after the conclusion of any current offers.

Product prices displayed on our websites are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which may be added during checkout. We reserve the right to adjust product prices or applicable fees, or introduce new fees, at any time without prior notice.

Order Acceptance:
Receiving an order number or an email confirmation does not guarantee the acceptance of your order or confirm an offer to sell. We reserve the right to limit quantities, decline service to any customer, or request additional details to validate an order, all without prior notice. Product prices and availability on the website may change at any time without notice.

Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be canceled at any time prior to being packaged for shipment.

Defective/Damaged Products
Immediate Action at Delivery:
Inspect the product before signing the delivery receipt.
Refuse acceptance if visible damage or defects are detected.
Notify the delivery agent on-site to document the issue.
Evidence Submission:
Submit clear photos of the damage/defect and a written description within 48 hours to:

(Include order number and delivery date for faster processing.)

 

Risk of Loss & Product Ownership:
Risk of loss and ownership transfer to you once the product is handed to the carrier (Speedaf Express). Any claims for damaged or lost shipments must be filed with the carrier directly.

Payment Policy

1. Payment Methods
We accept multiple payment options tailored for African markets:

Cash on Delivery (COD): Inspect products upon delivery and pay via cash or card directly to the courier.
Online Payments: Secured through third-party processors (e.g., Flutterwave, M-Pesa) displayed at checkout.
Financing options (if available) will be listed on the payment screen.
2. Payment Authorization
By submitting payment details, you confirm:

You are the legal owner/authorized user of the payment method.
All information provided is accurate and complete.
3. Declined Payments & Liabilities

If your bank/card issuer rejects payment, you agree to settle the owed amount promptly.
You are responsible for all recovery costs, including legal fees for unresolved balances, 
Gift and Offer Codes:
Occasionally, we provide eligible customers with "gift codes," "offer codes," or "bundle discounts" through various promotional efforts and communications (collectively referred to as "Offer Codes"). These codes can be redeemed for purchases on our Websites, subject to availability and certain product exclusions or restrictions that we may set at our discretion. Please be aware that Offer Codes may not be applicable to purchases made through certain third-party financing options. It is advisable to verify the validity of Offer Codes with the third-party lending service prior to using them for your purchase, as we are not liable if these services do not accept the Offer Codes.

Spokespeople:
We may collaborate with third-party spokespersons, influencers, bloggers, or other individuals or organizations who have been compensated or incentivized to represent our brand(s). If you receive an Offer Code from a third party source, please keep in mind that these individuals may have been paid by us for their endorsements or statements.
Warranty:
We proudly stand by the quality of our products. For detailed warranty information, please refer to our warranty page at https://latexmattressfactory.com/pages/warranty (collectively referred to as the “Product Warranties”). These warranties are incorporated into our Terms and Conditions of Sale. If there is any conflict between the Product Warranty and these Terms, the warranty terms will take precedence. If you experience an issue with a product, please review the relevant Product Warranty and contact us at support@throyalmattress.com if you believe you're entitled to a claim.

Return Exceptions:
Products labeled as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "Factory Clearance" are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are found to have a defect as defined by the applicable Product Warranty.

Refunds:
Refunds for returnable products will be processed to the original payment method, minus any discounts, gift codes, or shipping fees. For bundled or promotional purchases, if all products are returned, the amount paid (less any discounts, shipping, and return fees) will be refunded. If only part of a bundle is returned, and the discount applied exceeds the price of the returned item(s), no refund will be issued. If the discount is less than the returned item(s) value, the refund will be the price of the item(s) minus the discount. Items received for free as part of a promotion or bundle are not eligible for a refund.

Return Procedure and Conditions:
To start a return or exchange, please reach out to our Customer Experience team by emailing support@throyalmattress.com. Be sure to include your order confirmation number and reason for return.

Mattress Returns:
You can request a return of your mattress within 100 nights of it delivery date, but only after a 30 night minimum trial. The return window begins on the delivery confirmation date.

Each household, customer, and delivery address is eligible for one return on the first order only, and only for the first mattress purchased. Refunds are issued for the mattress cost, minus any discounts, and will be processed once the mattress is removed by an authorized representative of THROYAL LLC.

Please note, closeout, final sale, factory clearance, and older model mattresses are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Allmattress returns will incur a $99 fee.

Refunds will be issued once we have received the returned item(s).

All returns must be sent back to the Latex Mattress Factory using the provided Speedaf Express shipping label.
