The majority of our Latex Mattresses are shipped through Speedaf Express,
We ship all items within 48 hours of the order being placed. Please feel free to inquire about estimated shipping times before ordering. Products are shipped using Speedaf Express ground services. Upon delivery, a signature can be provided as required. Our office will diligently monitor the progress of all orders and endeavour to promptly inform clients of any alterations or updates.

Shipping Tips

BE CAREFUL - Many of our products come packaged or roll packed. If this is the case, your item will be enclosed in thick plastic wrap and placed inside a box. Take care when cutting open the plastic as to not damage any enclosed items.

SAVE YOUR ORIGINAL BOXES - We urge customers to save their original Latex Mattress Factory boxes as these are invaluable for returns, or transporting your mattress during a move.

OPEN THE BOXES WITHIN 60 DAYS - Leaving the latex boxed up for more than 60 days can lead to permanent damage to the foam.
