1. Mattress Delivery
Includes the full mattress + sample (please check the sample first)
We will deliver the full mattress and sample package to you at once, allowing you to easily complete the trial process at home.
After receiving the package, please check the sample first to experience the support, softness, and resilience of the latex.
If you're satisfied with the sample, please proceed to pay for the mattress first, then you can open the package and start using it.
If you're not satisfied with the sample, you can request a return or exchange as long as the full mattress remains unopened. A $45 return fee will apply to cover the shipping costs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Applicable Areas and Fees
Free delivery is provided within the city limits of Nairobi (Kenya), Lagos (Nigeria), Ghana (Accra), and Dar es Salaam (Tanzania).
2. In-Warehouse Trial + Pickup
You are welcome to book an appointment to visit our warehouse and try a full-size latex mattress in person.
After placing your order, we will proactively contact you to confirm the time and provide the address.
