1. General Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of mattresses and bedding, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is sold, used, or the packaging has been opened.

2. Order Issues (Damaged or Wrong Item)

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include clear photos and a description of the issue. We will verify the issue and offer a suitable resolution (replacement or refund).

3. EU Consumer Rights (Applicable for EU Orders Only)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day “cooling-off” period:

  • You may return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Once the returned item is received and verified, a refund will be issued.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@throyalmattress.com. We will respond within 24 hours.

4. Return Costs

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return costs will apply as follows:

  • Non-EU customers: A flat $45 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

  • EU customers (within 14-day return period): A $45 handling/shipping fee will be deducted for non-defective returns.

  • Pre-built latex mattresses (e.g., THroyal Latex Mattress) under the 30-night trial: $99 flat return fee applies.

  • DIY mattress kits are non-returnable and not eligible for the 30-night trial.

5. Hygiene Notice

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened mattress products under any circumstances.
